	I employed the services of another well known cleaning company to do a vacating clean on my property after my less then desirable tenants skipped town. I was extremely dissappointed with the job that this original company did. I didn't have the time to go and clean it myself so I called Karen at Above & Beyond Cleaning Services to go over the house again. Her team did a fantastic job! The house came up great and I was able to rent it out again without too much "down time". On top of that I was able to increase the weekly rent because the house presented so well. 	After a very stressful period in my life I was evicted from my house. The last thing I wanted to do was pack up all my belongings, move house and then have to go back to clean the old house. All so I could get my bond back. I called Above & Beyond Cleaning Services, they came out straight away, gave me a really good quote and then took on the HUGE job of removing all of the rubbish, they cleaned the house and made the yard look really good.
